The Leo Lions softball team scored 15 runs and held the host Peru Tigers to 0 in the Lions non-league win on Saturday.

The Lions now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Norwell for a Northeast Eight battle on Monday, April 28. Leo will confront a Knights team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Central Noble (Albion, IN). The Knights record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, Peru moves to 5-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Southwood (Wabash, IN) to confront the Knights in a Three Rivers battle on Monday, April 28. The Knights come into the battle with a record of 4-3. Southwood lost 3-2 in their recent league battle against Rochester (Rochester, IN)
