With the triumph, Maine-Endwell upgrades its record to 5-2 on the year. The Spartans host Vestal (Vestal, NY) to play the Golden Bears in a Section 4 Southern Tier - Metro game on Thursday, May 1. The Golden Bears enter the game with a record of 4-1. Vestal won 1-0 in their recent non-league game against Chenango Valley (Binghamton, NY)

The Yellowjackets now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Windsor Central for a Section 4 Southern Tier - Central game on Wednesday, April 30. Oneonta will play a Black Knights squad coming off a 14-1 non-league loss to Webster Schroeder (Webster, NY). The Black Knights record now stands at 3-8.
