The Perrysburg Yellow Jackets softball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Steele Comets to 2 in the Yellow Jackets non-league win on Saturday.

The Yellow Jackets now sport a 13-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Napoleon for a Northern Lakes battle on Monday, April 28. Perrysburg will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Fairview (Sherwood, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, Steele moves to 13-4 on the season. The Comets travel to Marlington (Alliance, OH) to confront the Dukes in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 26. The Dukes come into the battle with a record of 8-2. Marlington won 12-2 in their recent league battle against Carrollton (Carrollton, OH)
