North Carolina High School Baseball - Bandys loses to Burns

In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Burns Bulldogs baseball team scored a tight 8-3 victory over the Bandys Trojans.
The Bulldogs (18-3) will now prepare for their game against Shelby (Shelby, NC). The Golden Lions go into the Southern Piedmont 1A/2A game with a 13-8 record. In their last game, Shelby was overwhelmed by Burns (Lawndale, NC), 5-0, in a league game.
The Trojans (16-7) will now prepare for their game against Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC). The Bears go into the Catawba Valley Athletic 2A game with a 10-9 record. In their last game, Bunker Hill tipped Newton-Conover (Newton, NC), 6-2, in a league game.
