With the defeat, Carson falls to 14-9 on the season. The Cougars travel to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC) to encounter the Knights in a South Piedmont 3A challenge on Friday, April 29. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 5-13. Lake Norman Charter lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Carson (China Grove, NC)
