The Creighton Prep Junior Jays baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Lincoln Southwest Silver Hawks to 0 in the Junior Jays non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Junior Jays (23-5) will now prepare for their match against Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE). The Titans go into the A District 1 match with a 13-10 record. In their last match, Papillion-LaVista South ran past Millard South (Omaha, NE), 8-7, in a league match.
The Silver Hawks (13-12) will now prepare for their match against Grand Island (Grand Island, NE). The Islanders go into the A District 2 match with a 9-9 record. In their last match, Grand Island ran past Adams Central (Hastings, NE), 17-1, in a non-league match.
