Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Harrisonburg Blue Streaks (Harrisonburg, VA), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats confront the Colonial Forge Eagles (Stafford, VA) in a Commonwealth challenge, on Tuesday, May 3. Mountain View will attempt to better on its 6-6 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 10-1 league win over North Stafford (Stafford, VA).

The Blue Streaks now have a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Rockbridge County for a Valley challenge on Friday, April 29.
