In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Science Hill Hilltoppers lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-9 victory over the Knoxville Catholic Fighting Irish.

The Hilltoppers now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host West Knoxville Warriors [West/Bearden/Hardin Valley Academy/Morristown-Hamblen East] for a TSLA 1AA East test on Sunday, May 1. Science Hill will face a Warriors squad coming off a 11-4 non-league win over Pigeon Forge (Pigeon Forge, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 4-7.

In their next game, the Fighting Irish face the Soddy Daisy Trojans (Soddy Daisy, TN) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 30. Knoxville Catholic will attempt to move on its 1-12 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 10-4 record after their 12-8 league loss to Hillsboro (Nashville, TN).
