North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Marvin Ridge drops to Northern Guilford

Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC), 16-10 in a non-league battle.

The Nighthawks now own a 15-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grimsley for a Metro battle on Thursday, April 28. Northern Guilford will clash with a Whirlies squad coming off a 19-5 league loss to Page (Greensboro, NC). The Whirlies record now stands at 4-12.

In their next game, the Mavericks clash with the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 28. Marvin Ridge will attempt to advance on its 12-7 season record. The Wolf Pack come into the battle with a 2-11 record after their 19-4 league loss to Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC).
