The Westford Academy Grey Ghosts lacrosse team scored 14 points and limited the host Wachusett Regional Mountaineers to 4 in the Grey Ghosts non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Grey Ghosts (8-3) will now prepare for their game against Concord-Carlisle (Concord, MA). The Patriots enter the Dual County game with a 7-1 record. In their last game, Concord-Carlisle toppled Newton South (Newton, MA), 8-1, in a league game.
The Mountaineers (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Nipmuc Regional (Upton, MA). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Nipmuc Regional toppled Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA), 13-10, in a non-league game.
