Donegal Indians (Mt. Joy, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Garden Spot Spartans (New Holland, PA), 14-2 in a league challenge.

The Indians now sport a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Octorara Area for a Lancaster-Lebanon Section 3 challenge on Friday, April 29. Donegal will face a Braves squad coming off a 10-3 league loss to Northern Lebanon (Fredericksburg, PA). The Braves record now stands at 3-7.

With the loss, Garden Spot falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Spartans host Cocalico (Denver, PA) to face the Eagles in a Lancaster-Lebanon Section 3 challenge on Friday, April 29. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 2-3. Cocalico lost 16-0 in their recent league challenge against Manheim Central (Manheim, PA)
