Nebraska High School Baseball - Kearney loses to Elkhorn North

April 27, 2023: Elkhorn, NE

The Elkhorn North crushed the visiting Kearney Bearcats baseball team by a tally of 7-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The now hold a 18-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lincoln Northwest for a non-league bout on Friday, April 28. Elkhorn North will face a Falcons team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Lincoln Christian (Lincoln, NE). The Falcons record now stands at 2-11.

Next, the Bearcats face the Lincoln Southwest Silver Hawks (Lincoln, NE) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 29. Kearney will attempt to advance on its 11-12 season record. The Silver Hawks enter the bout with a 13-11 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Grand Island (Grand Island, NE).
