Ohio High School Baseball - Hopewell-Loudon defeats Woodmore

Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains (Bascom, OH) and the host Woodmore Wildcats (Elmore, OH), saw Hopewell-Loudon's baseball squad knock off Woodmore by a count of 8-3.

Coming up next, the Chieftains play the Gibsonburg Golden Bears (Gibsonburg, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - River battle, on Monday, May 1. Hopewell-Loudon will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record. The Golden Bears enter the battle with a 10-2 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Arcadia (Arcadia, OH).

The Wildcats now possess a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eastwood for a Northern Buckeye battle on Monday, May 1.
