The Lake Forest Academy Caxys crushed the visiting Schaumburg Christian Conquerors baseball team by a count of 11-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Caxys now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chicago University for a Independent School contest on Friday, April 28. Lake Forest Academy will play a Maroons squad coming off a 9-4 non-league loss to Chicago Christian (Palos Heights, IL). The Maroons record now stands at 5-6.
The Conquerors now sport a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westminster Christian for a Northeastern contest on Saturday, April 29. Schaumburg Christian will play a Warriors squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Yorkville Christian (Yorkville, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 2-9.
