Blackhawk Cougars (Beaver Falls, PA) followers exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host North Catholic Trojans (Cranberry Township, PA), 18-6 in a league battle.

The Cougars now have a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Quaker Valley for a WPIAL Freelance battle on Tuesday, May 2. Blackhawk will clash with a Quakers squad coming off a 14-4 league win over Aquinas Academy (Gibsonia, PA). The Quakers record now stands at 9-2.

In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Aquinas Academy Crusaders (Gibsonia, PA) in a WPIAL 2A 1 battle, on Tuesday, May 2. North Catholic will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record. The Crusaders come into the battle with a 2-7 record after their 14-4 league loss to Quaker Valley (Leetsdale, PA).
