In Thursday's league test, the host Saint Ignatius College Prep Wolfpack lacrosse squad scored a tight 20-13 victory over the Fenwick Friars.
The Wolfpack now have a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they host East Grand Rapids for a non-league test on Saturday, April 29. Saint Ignatius College Prep will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Spring Lake (Spring Lake, MI). The Pioneers record now stands at 5-4.
In their next game, the Friars face the Sandburg Eagles (Orland Park, IL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 2. Fenwick will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 9-0 record after their 16-11 non-league win over Wheaton-Warrenville South/Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL).
