Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - Rocky Hill Country Day drops to Ponaganset

In Thursday's non-league test, the host Ponaganset Chieftains lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-8 victory over the Rocky Hill Country Day Mariners.
The Chieftains now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Providence for a Division 3 test on Monday, May 1. Ponaganset will face a Townies squad coming off a 15-2 non-league win over Rogers (Newport, RI). The Townies record now stands at 6-1.
In their next game, the Mariners face the Rogers Vikings (Newport, RI) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 4. Rocky Hill Country Day will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record.
