Kempsville Chiefs (Virginia Beach, VA) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Tallwood Lions (Virginia Beach, VA), 3-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Chiefs confront the Bayside Marlins (Virginia Beach, VA) in a Beach challenge, on Tuesday, May 2. Kempsville will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record. The Marlins enter the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 12-0 league loss to First Colonial (Virginia Beach, VA).
The Lions now possess a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Kellam for a Beach challenge on Friday, May 5.
