New York High School Lacrosse - Longwood overwhelms Walt Whitman

The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Longwood Lions (Middle Island, NY) and the visiting Walt Whitman Wildcats (Huntington Station, NY), saw Longwood's lacrosse team overcome Walt Whitman by a margin of 8-0.
The Lions (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverhead (Riverhead, NY). The Blue Waves enter the Section 11 I challenge with a 5-6 record.
The Wildcats (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Lindenhurst (Lindenhurst, NY). The Bulldogs enter the Section 11 I challenge with a 1-6 record.
