Ohio High School Softball - Alexander can't get by Federal Hocking

In Thursday's non-league contest, the Federal Hocking Lancers (Stewart, OH) softball team held off the visiting Alexander Spartans (Albany, OH), by a margin of 13-12.

With the triumph, Federal Hocking moves its record to 3-14 on the year. The Lancers travel to Belpre (Belpre, OH) to play the Golden Eagles in a Tri-Valley - Hocking contest on Monday, May 1. The Golden Eagles come into the contest with a record of 11-8.

In their next game, the Spartans play the Logan Chieftains (Logan, OH) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 28. Alexander will attempt to move on its 6-13 season record.
