In Thursday's non-league contest, the North Union Wildcats (Richwood, OH) softball team overwhelmed the host Bellefontaine Chieftains (Bellefontaine, OH), by a margin of 17-3.
With the triumph, North Union moves its record to 15-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Benjamin Logan (Bellefontaine, OH) to play the Raiders in a Central Buckeye - Mad River contest on Monday, May 1. The Raiders come into the contest with a record of 12-4.
