The Cardinals now own a 9-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Coastal Christian for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 28. Bishop Diego will battle a Conquerors squad coming off a 22-1 league win over Shandon (Shandon, CA). The Conquerors record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Santa Ynez falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Pirates host Pioneer Valley (Santa Maria, CA) to clash with the Panthers in a CCAA - Ocean game on Friday, April 28.
