Indiana High School Softball - Bremen bounces Triton

Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Bremen Lions (Bremen, IN) and the visiting Triton Trojans (Bourbon, IN), witnessed Bremen's softball squad prevail over Triton by a count of 10-0.
The Lions now sport a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Rochester for a non-league match on Friday, April 28. Bremen will face a Zebras squad coming off a 19-8 league win over Southwood (Wabash, IN). The Zebras record now stands at 7-4.
With the loss, Triton moves to 1-12 on the season. The Trojans host Culver Academies (Culver, IN) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Monday, May 1. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 1-6. Culver Academies lost 13-3 in their recent non-league match against Morgan Township (Valparaiso, IN)
Game Summary
The Lady Lions scored at least a run in all five innings with four coming in the bottom of the 5th to walk off with a 10-0 win at Pfeiffer Field.
Mickie Shively had a double and home run and Delainey Neher & Katie Moyer had a pair of hits to pace the Lions. Eliana Grubbs had a double & continued to run the bases on a pair of errors on the same play to score the Lion's second run. The final big hit came from the Lion's winning pitcher Peyton Mason who doubled with bases loaded to plate three & a walk off win.
Winning pitcher Peyton Mason allowed only hit, a 5th inning double by Macie Hensley, stuck out 10 and walked only three.
