The Norwalk Bears routed the visiting Westhill Vikings softball squad by a final score of 13-1 in Thursday's league battle.

The Bears (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT). The Cadets go into the Fairfield County battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, St. Joseph was routed by Ludlowe (Fairfield, CT), 8-7, in a league battle.

The Vikings now possess a 5-7 record. They play next when they host Warde for a Fairfield County battle on Friday, April 28. Westhill will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Danbury (Danbury, CT). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-6.
