Ohio High School Softball - Shelby bounces Upper Sandusky

The Shelby Whippets (Shelby, OH) softball routed the visiting Upper Sandusky Rams (Upper Sandusky, OH), 6-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Whippets (12-9) will now prepare for their bout against Clear Fork (Bellville, OH). The Colts go into the Mid Ohio Athletic bout with a 12-6 record. In their last bout, Clear Fork held off Loudonville (Loudonville, OH), 14-9, in a non-league bout.

The Rams now possess a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Carey for a Northern 10 bout on Tuesday, May 2. Upper Sandusky will confront a Blue Devils squad coming off a 13-9 league win over Bucyrus (Bucyrus, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 7-0.
