Cheshire Academy Cats (Cheshire, CT) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Millbrook School Mustangs (Millbrook, NY), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Cheshire Academy upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Cats travel to Hopkins (New Haven, CT) to battle the Hilltoppers in a non-league test on Monday, April 29. The Hilltoppers come into the test with a record of 3-12. Hopkins won 15-5 in their recent non-league test against Harvey (Katonah, NY)

With the defeat, Millbrook School falls to 4-6 on the season. The Mustangs host Canterbury School (New Milford, CT) to battle the Saints in a Western New England test on Wednesday, May 1. The Saints come into the test with a record of 8-3. Canterbury School won 13-1 in their recent league test against Wilbraham & Monson Academy (Wilbraham, MA)
