In Saturday's non-league game, the host South Rebels baseball team scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Hawken Hawks.
The Rebels (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Riverside (Painesville, OH). The Beavers go into the Western Reserve game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, Riverside was overwhelmed by Twinsburg (Twinsburg, OH), 11-1, in a non-league game.
The Hawks (9-7) will now prepare for their game against Orange (Pepper Pike, OH). The Lions go into the Chagrin Valley - Chagrin game with a 4-7 record. In their last game, Orange was overwhelmed by Villa Angela-St. Joseph (Cleveland, OH), 20-7, in a non-league game.
