The Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints crushed the visiting Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Thunder baseball team by a count of 11-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Fighting Saints now possess a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Paynesville for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 27. Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 10-3 league win over Holdingford (Holdingford, MN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-1.
Next, the Thunder face the Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Comets (Fergus Falls, MN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 29. Long Prairie-Grey Eagle will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record.
