The Lincoln-Way Central Knights baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Lake Central Indians to 3 in the Knights non-league victory on Saturday.
The Knights (13-6) will now prepare for their match against Stagg (Palos Hills, IL). The Chargers go into the Southwest Suburban - Red match with a 11-11 record. In their last match, Stagg edged Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL), 4-1, in a league match.
The Indians (10-6) will now prepare for their match against Chesterton (Chesterton, IN). The Trojans go into the Duneland match with a 11-4 record. In their last match, Chesterton edged Northridge (Middlebury, IN), 19-2, in a non-league match.
