Ohio High School Baseball - Mt. Gilead gets by Ridgemont

Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Mt. Gilead Indians (Mt. Gilead, OH) and the host Ridgemont Golden Gophers (Mount Victory, OH), saw Mt. Gilead's baseball squad knock off Ridgemont by a count of 12-9.

Coming up next, the Indians play the Loudonville Redbirds (Loudonville, OH) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 1. Mt. Gilead will attempt to move on its 3-11 season record.

The Golden Gophers now possess a 4-12 record. They take the field next when they host Waynesfield-Goshen for a Northwest Central battle on Monday, April 29. Ridgemont will play a Tigers squad coming off a 7-7 league Upper Scioto Valley (McGuffey, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 3-8.
