In Saturday's non-league game, the host Whetstone Braves baseball team scored a tight 8-1 victory over the Rhodes Rams.

The Braves (16-2) will now prepare for their game against East (Columbus, OH). The Tigers go into the Columbus City - North game with a 0-4 record.

The Rams (6-7) will now prepare for their game against Lincoln West (Cleveland, OH). The Wolverines go into the Cleveland Senate game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Lincoln West tipped Glenville (Cleveland, OH), 19-0, in a league game.
