In Saturday's non-league contest, the Fountain Valley Barons (Fountain Valley, CA) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Capistrano Valley Christian Eagles (San Juan Capistrano, CA), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Barons battle the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits (Long Beach, CA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, May 1. Fountain Valley will attempt to better on its 23-5 season record. The Jackrabbits come into the contest with a 22-11 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Trabuco Hills (Mission Viejo, CA).

With the loss, Capistrano Valley Christian drops to 15-16 on the campaign.
