In Saturday's non-league test, the host Lockport Porters lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-8 victory over the Marist RedHawks.

The Porters now have a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they host St. Laurence for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 2. Lockport will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 13-2 non-league loss to Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 6-8.

In their next game, the RedHawks clash with the Saint Viator Lions (Arlington Heights, IL) in a East Suburban Catholic battle, on Tuesday, April 30. Marist will attempt to move on its 12-1 season record. The Lions come into the battle with a 4-6 record after their 14-4 league loss to Benet Academy (Lisle, IL).
