Lafayette Lancers (Wildwood, MO) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Rockwood Summit Falcons (Fenton, MO), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lancers confront the Eureka Wildcats (Eureka, MO) in a Class 4 District 4 challenge, on Tuesday, April 30. Lafayette will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 13-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Nerinx Hall (Webster Groves, MO).

The Falcons now possess a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host Fox for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29.
