In Saturday's league test, the visiting Avon Lake Shoremen lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-5 victory over the Perrysburg Yellow Jackets.
The Shoremen now have a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they host Gilmour Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 30. Avon Lake will face a Lancers squad coming off a 10-3 league loss to Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH). The Lancers record now stands at 3-4.
In their next game, the Yellow Jackets face the Findlay Trojans (Findlay, OH) in a test, on Tuesday, April 30. Perrysburg will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 7-5 record after their 7-3 non-league win over Buckeye Valley (Delaware, OH).
