In Saturday's non-league contest, the Freedom Eagles (South Riding, VA) lacrosse squad routed the host Oakton Cougars (Vienna, VA), by a count of 13-3.
Coming up next, the Eagles confront the Battlefield Bobcats (Haymarket, VA) in a Cedar Run contest, on Monday, April 29. Freedom will attempt to advance on its 12-0 season record. The Bobcats come into the contest with a 9-1 record after their 12-10 non-league win over Westfield (Chantilly, VA).
The Cougars now own a 6-5 record.
