Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA) followers exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting Jefferson Forest Cavaliers (Forest, VA), 16-15 in a non-league battle.

The Bishops now have a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host North Cross for a VISAA Division 2 battle on Thursday, May 2.

In their next game, the Cavaliers clash with the Hidden Valley Titans (Roanoke, VA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 29. Jefferson Forest will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Titans come into the battle with a 1-7 record after their 12-4 league loss to Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA).
