Old Bridge Knights (Old Bridge, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Middletown South Eagles (Middletown, NJ), 10-9 in a non-league battle.

The Knights now have a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they host South Brunswick for a Greater Middlesex battle on Tuesday, April 30. Old Bridge will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 15-5 non-league loss to Holmdel (Holmdel, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 3-6.

With the defeat, Middletown South drops to 4-4 on the season. The Eagles host Shore Regional (West Long Branch, NJ) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league match on Monday, April 29. The Blue Devils go into the match with a record of 7-2.
