In Saturday's non-league test, the host Petoskey Northmen lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-8 victory over the Vicksburg Bulldogs.
The Northmen now have a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Traverse City Central for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 1. Petoskey will face a Trojans squad coming off a 10-8 league win over Grand Haven (Grand Haven, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 4-4.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Pennfield Panthers (Battle Creek, MI) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 29. Vicksburg will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 0-8 record after their 11-0 non-league loss to Harper Creek (Battle Creek, MI).
