The St. Dominic Bayhawks lacrosse team scored 13 points and held the host Xaverian Clippers to 6 in the Bayhawks non-league win on Saturday.
The Bayhawks (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Holy Trinity (Hicksville, NY). The Titans go into the Catholic - Island game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Holy Trinity was overwhelmed by Mt. St. Michael Academy (Bronx, NY), 13-11, in a non-league game.
The Clippers (2-8) will now prepare for their game against Monsignor Farrell (Staten Island, NY). The Lions go into the Catholic - City game with a 8-5 record. In their last game, Monsignor Farrell nudged Cardinal Hayes (Bronx, NY), 8-4, in a league game.
