The Wheaton-Warrenville South Tigers lacrosse team scored 18 points and held the host St. Francis Spartans to 5 in the Tigers non-league win on Saturday.
The Tigers (8-5) will now prepare for their game against St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL). The North Stars go into the Sectional 7 game with a 2-9 record. In their last game, St. Charles North was overwhelmed by Lyons (LaGrange, IL), 14-3, in a non-league game.
The Spartans (5-6) will now prepare for their game against DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Rams go into the Chicago Catholic - White game with a 11-3 record. In their last game, DePaul College Prep prevailed over Latin (Chicago, IL), 13-11, in a non-league game.
