Eleanor Roosevelt Raiders (Greenbelt, MD) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD), 15-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Raiders now own a 16-0 record. They take the field next when they host Parkdale for a Prince George's County 4A challenge on Monday, April 29.

With the loss, Bishop McNamara falls to 5-10 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD) to battle the Knights in a Washington Catholic challenge on Tuesday, April 30. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 11-1. St. Mary's Ryken won 6-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Northern (Owings, MD)
