The Valley Indians softball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Carlisle Indians to 6 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Valley moves its record to 11-3 on the year. The Indians host Portsmouth West (West Portsmouth, OH) to play the Senators in a non-league game on Thursday, May 2. The Senators come into the game with a record of 7-6.
In their next game, the Indians play the Madison Mohawks (Middletown, OH) in a Southwestern Buckeye - Buckeye game, on Monday, April 29. Carlisle will attempt to move on its 18-3 season record.
