In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Coon Rapids Cardinals softball team scored a nice 22-13 win over the Denfeld Hunters.
Coming up next, the Cardinals battle the Blaine Bengals (Blaine, MN) in a Northwest Suburban outing, on Monday, April 29. Coon Rapids will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Bengals enter the outing with a 6-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN).
The Hunters (0-5) will now prepare for their outing against Esko (Esko, MN). The Eskomos enter the non-league outing with a 7-4 record. In their last outing, Esko ran past Duluth East (Duluth, MN), 11-1, in a non-league outing.
