Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Grace Christian Academy Rams (Knoxville, TN) and the visiting DeKalb County Tigers (Smithville, TN), witnessed Grace Christian Academy's softball squad tip DeKalb County by a count of 4-2.

The Rams now sport a 16-9 record. They play next when they travel to Webb for a non-league match on Monday, April 29. Grace Christian Academy will face a Spartans squad coming off a 23-18 non-league win over Harriman (Harriman, TN). The Spartans record now stands at 13-7.

With the loss, DeKalb County moves to 9-9 on the season. The Tigers host Livingston Academy (Livingston, TN) to face the Wildcats in a 3A District 7 match on Monday, April 29. The Wildcats go into the match with a record of 6-10. Livingston Academy lost 5-2 in their recent non-league match against Clay County (Celina, TN)
