In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Harrison County Thorobreds softball team scored a close 9-7 win over the Rowan County Vikings.

Coming up next, the Thorobreds battle the Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY) in a District 38 outing, on Monday, April 29. Harrison County will attempt to upgrade on its 24-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the outing with a 7-10 record after their 13-1 non-league loss to South Warren (Bowling Green, KY).
