Notre Dame Academy Tritons (Green Bay, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Hartford Orioles (Hartford, WI), 9-6 in a non-league challenge.

The Tritons now own a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Manitowoc Lincoln for a Fox River Classic challenge on Monday, April 29. Notre Dame Academy will battle a Ships squad coming off a 7-5 non-league win over Mukwonago (Mukwonago, WI). The Ships record now stands at 2-17.

With the loss, Hartford falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Orioles travel to Nicolet (Glendale, WI) to battle the Knights in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 0-9.
