Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Sequatchie County Indians (Dunlap, TN) and the host Signal Mountain Eagles (Signal Mountain, TN), witnessed Sequatchie County's softball squad tip Signal Mountain by a count of 13-6.
The Indians now sport a 17-7 record. They play next when they host Monterey for a non-league match on Monday, April 29. Sequatchie County will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 13-1 league win over Jackson County (Gainesboro, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-7.
