Tri-Village Patriots (New Madison, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Shenandoah Raiders (Middletown, IN), 11-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Patriots now own a 13-1 record. They take the field next when they host Twin Valley South for a Western Ohio Athletic challenge on Tuesday, April 30. Tri-Village will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 13-0 league loss to Tri-Village (New Madison, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 6-9.

With the loss, Shenandoah falls to 7-3 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Southern Wells (Poneto, IN) to battle the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 27. The Raiders enter the challenge with a record of 2-7. Southern Wells lost 15-3 in their recent league challenge against Heritage (Monroeville, IN)
