The Valley Vikings softball team scored 17 runs and held the host Seneca Red Hawks to 0 in the Vikings non-league win on Monday.

The Vikings now possess a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jeffersontown for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 29. Valley will confront a Chargers team coming off a 20-4 non-league loss to Spencer County (Taylorsville, KY). The Chargers record now stands at 3-10.

With the loss, Seneca moves to 0-8 on the season. The Red hawks host Highlands (Fort Thomas, KY) to confront the Bluebirds in a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 28. The Bluebirds come into the battle with a record of 19-6. Highlands won 4-1 in their recent non-league battle against Conner (Hebron, KY)
